Damages and Issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue. If your order is damaged, you can request a replacement free of charge; for a second occurrence, you will receive a full refund.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with labels, in the original packaging, and unopened. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Full Returns
Free or promotional items are not eligible for a refund. If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a store credit.
Why can’t beauty & health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned or refunded (not exhaustive) includes: underwear, bikinis, makeup, hair styling products, skincare products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow returns of beauty and health products for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this; other beauty and health retailers also do not accept returns for the same reasons.
Refunds
