Shipping Policy

After placing your order, we have a processing time of 1-2 days to carefully pack your items and prepare them for shipment.

Here is a detailed overview of the average shipping times per location once the order has been processed:

  • Netherlands & Belgium
    • 4-6 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Defective and/or wrong product?
How frustrating! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport or that the wrong product is delivered. For this, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time, we will refund your full purchase amount.

 

Lost package / returned package?
If a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

 

Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or left at a post office, Pevako has incurred the cost to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to withhold €15 from the amount you are refunded.

 

Cancellation of placed orders
Our orders are immediately processed, so cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
